Scout released its final rankings for the 2013 class and some LSU commits made big moves. LSU moved into the Top 5 of the team rankings and Greg Gilmore, Tre'Davious White and Frank Herron all made significant jumps up the list.

Scout released its final rankings for the Class of 2013, and LSU had some big moves in the top 300.

LSU DT commit Greg Gilmore earned a five-star rating, moving up to the No. 35 overall prospect and No. 5 DT. He really impressed during Under-Armour practices, playing like a man among boys against some of the top offensive linemen in the country.

He's now playing around 290 pounds, and appears to have only gotten better. His quickness off the ball turned heads. Gilmore told Scout.com that earning that five-star rating was an incredible honor.

"Being a five-star just shows me that my hard work is being recognized," Gilmore told Scout.com. "I have worked hard, I have a great work ethic, and it is nice to know that people are seeing that.

"I thought I had a good week at Under Armour and it is exciting to know people think highly of me as a football player. I used to think about the rankings a lot because that helps you get offers early on, but I have not thought about it much in a while.

"I give my teammates a lot of credit for me getting here too, because without them, I would not be near as successful. Getting the [fifth] star though does mean something to me."

Two more LSU commits moved into the top 100.

CB commit Tre'Davious White made one of the biggest jumps in the country, moving up from No. 153 to No. 58 in the country. His play during the Army Bowl made him stand out, and another evaluation of his senior tape by Scout's ranking experts led to the big move.

White now becomes the No. 6 CB in the nation and the top overall prospect in the state of Louisiana.

Frank Herron also moved into the top 100, jumping 56 spots from No. 122 to No. 66. He had one of the better individual performances during All-American games, notching two sacks in the Army Bowl.
