LSU is just one win away from the SEC Tournament Championship game. The Tigers will look for redemption today against Arkansas. First pitch is at noon.

HOOVER, Ala. — We're back in Hoover for Day 5 of the SEC Tournament, and we've reached the semifinals. It's win or go home for the four remaining teams, and LSU will start the day with a rematch against Arkansas. The Razorbacks took the first meeting 4-1 on Thursday, but the playing field is even and both teams will be playing for a spot in the championship.

Freshman Hunter Newman will make the start for LSU, his third of the season. He's mostly appeared in midweek games this year, so this will be a definite challenge for the promising youngster. Paul Mainieri wanted to get him some action in the postseason, and it will be a great opportunity for him to make a mark with the coaches as he'll compete for a rotation spot next year.

Arkansas will counter with Randall Fant, a weekend starter for the Razorbacks. He surrendered three runs in 2 2/3 innings against LSU in the regular season, and the Tigers will hope to continue that success against him.

Lineups are posted, and stick with TSD for live, inning-by-inning coverage of this elimination game from the SEC Tournament.
