WISH LIST: An early look at Class of 2007

The early evaluation period kicking into high gear for the LSU coaching staff and Tiger Rag is ready to release its first version of the 2007 Wish List.

This list has been compiled through countless hours of interviews with prospects and coaches, along with some scoop we have picked up from our top sources. I have labeled what I feel like LSU-s needs are in this class but that could change depending on if some of the 2006 signees do not make it to campus in August and if current Tigers leave school early.

I have included my top targets and they are the guys who have offers or who I believe have a good chance of picking up an offer during the May evaluation period followed by those I feel that the staff will be evaluating over the next several months. Neither the “Top Targets” nor the “Next In Line” are in any particular order as it is too soon to make that call but over the summer we will begin to get a better picture of where each prospect is in the pecking order.

Keep in mind that prospects will be added and deleted throughout the recruiting calendar but these are many of the names you will hear about over the next nine and a half months leading up to National Signing Day.
