All you have to do is click "Join Chat" from the Forums Page and that will bring you into the Chat Room.
Note: You may want to try and enter the Chat Room during the day to make sure your computer doesn't need to download Java. Also, you must make a post on the premium message board and set up a username for the Chat Room to recognize you as a current user.
