We’ve hit the halfway point of summer and before you know it football season will be kicking off. We will be attending more camps, combines and 7-on-7 tournaments in July but here is a look at TigerSportsDigest.com’s Top 40 prospects in Louisiana for 2010 heading into the month of July. Note: The initial rankings that were turned in to Scout.com were done on May 20 and this is TSD’s updated version published on July 3 after seeing many of these prospects in action at various camps and 7-on-7 tournaments.
