While playing quarterback for Destrehan High School last season, Jordan Jefferson (6-4, 210, 4.5) suffered a wrist injury in just the fifth game. He would later return for his team's last game of the season and finished his junior year with 1,600 passing yards, 20 touchdowns and only 4 interceptions.
