OMAHA, Neb. --- Skip Bertman brought LSU head coach Paul Mainieri to Baton Rouge for one reason – National Championships. Just three years into his hopeful long-term stay as the Tiger skipper, Mainieri came through on his end of the deal. The future of LSU baseball, just as it had in 90s, is shining bright.
