| D.J. Banks is very elusive and dangerous in the open field. He has good quickness and catches the ball well. Banks looks to be a good fit for playing in the slot but he will need to work on running his routes and getting the little things down as a wide out. Playing corner will also be an option as he has some quick hips and good ball skills. Banks will only get better when he can focus on one position instead of splitting time at various spots |

Banks is a thrill to watch when he has the ball in his hands because he is so elusive and has such good moves in the open field. He will move to quarterback for his junior campaign so he can touch the ball on every play.
(Sr.) Banks passed for 1,471 yards and ran for another 874 during the regular season/LSWA Class 5A All-State selection as an athlete
(Jr.) Transfered to West Monroe for his junior season and he spent time at quarterback, running back, receiver, and special teams. He finished the year with 210 yards and two scores on the ground on 15 carries and added 310 yards and four scores receiving. Through the air he completed 15-of-26 for 420 yards and four touchdowns, to go with his 210 yards on three kick returns.
(So.)Ran for 1,669 yards and 25 touchdowns and also saw action at wide receiver and cornerback, along with returning kicks. He was a Class A First Team All-State selection.
