Sam Carter transferred from Sharpstown High School to Morton Ranch High School in a move that should help him greatly. At Sharpstown he had no offensive line to buy him time to throw so he was often using his feet to make yardage. His strength, right now is making plays on the move and improvising. At Morton Ranch he will have the time to make passes and to get better at throwing various routes.
