| As a junior at Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian, was ranked by the Los Angeles Times as the #1 linebacker in the Southland from the 2010 class. Finished the year with a team-leading 112 tackles, 81 solo, 22 for loss, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions and one returned for a touchdown. Named First Team All-State Underclassmen by GoldenStatePreps.com, First Team All-Tri Valley League, First Team All-Ventura County, All-Area by the L.A. Daily News, First Team All-State by CalHiSports and Second Team All-State by Max Preps. Helped Oaks Christian to a California State record-setting sixth straight CIF-SS Championship.
During his 2007 sophomore season with Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian, recorded a team-best 112 tackles with 22 for loss, forced five fumbles and recovered a pair while picking off a pass, helping the Lions to the CIF-SS title.
As a freshman, was a part of Oaks Christian's CIF State D-III title team.
Academically, has a 3.5 GPA and will take the SAT in the spring of 2008.
