| Nance is an accurate QB with good feet in the pocket and a natural leader. He knows how to control a huddle, he always works hard, and he is easy for players to follow. His accuracy is one of his biggest strength while his arm strength needs to improve. He has worked on that a lot over the past year and it has gotten stronger.
